An organization’s leaders and key external stakeholders must be able to plan and carry out the new initiatives and strategies that are generated from their story-telling, mapping analysis and new agreements.  This requires knitting together work units and external stakeholders in a way that enables the new story to become a reality.

 

Leadership agreements to coordinate the new story and correlated plans, as well as communication, training and management structures are all aspects of efficient organization-wide implementation.  We guide leaders in designing new management forms and working groups when required.

 

We excel at helping leaders and external stakeholders take a practical view of the implementation process and of guiding it over time.  At the same time, leaders must be aware that transformation is not a mechanical, but a living process.  The on-going nurturing of creativity and communication of insights is essential to the success of this work.
