Very often, this process requires evolving from traditional, but outmoded, paradigms to those that are more effective at this time—for example, moving from competition and self-interest to system-wide collaboration.  Our process identifies the paradigms that need to shift and helps clients put new models into practice.

We draw on our background of 30 years of successful organizational transformation experience with more than 100 business, NGO and government clients.  Many of our projects are comprehensive, multi-year engagements that employ a unique combination of systems, strategy and people-centered approaches.

Our work focuses on corporate and NGO clients as well as on large scale social change projects, usually requiring the collaboration of organizations in all three sectors—business, civil society and government.
